However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds for job postings are only granted under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If there were technical issues on our platform that prevented the job posting from being displayed properly or from being accessible.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same job posting.
  • Service Not Provided: If the job posting service was not provided as advertised.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide not to proceed with your job posting after it has been successfully posted.
  • Incorrect Information: If the job posting contained incorrect information provided by you.
  • Low Response: If the job posting does not receive the expected number of applications.
  • Job Filled Quickly: If the position is filled quickly and you no longer need the job posting.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, send an email to support@landscapeinstitute.org within 14 days of the end of the purchased advert, including the following details:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Order number and date of purchase.
  • Detailed description of the issue and reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and may contact you for further information if necessary. This process may take up to 7 business days.

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if only part of the service was impacted or not delivered as expected. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
