The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Landscape Architect with the confidence and ability to lead and co-ordinate design projects, and with an enthusiasm for business growth and development.

The Role and Requirements:

The successful candidate will join our team of talented designers in our Warrington office, working on a variety of interesting and challenging projects.
For the right candidate we would be willing to consider a base in the South West, to help deliver our existing portfolio in this part of the Country.

Although we are largely home based at the moment, our team is engaged on a number of interesting and challenging projects across the country. These projects comprise residential schemes, mixed use masterplans, Green Infrastructure strategies, commercial developments, historic landscapes, and parks and open spaces.

We are looking for a committed professional who can demonstrate strong creative skills from concept through to technical design and construction, and who takes a pro-active and positive approach to project leadership. We need a team player who is versatile and experienced in collaborating with a range of other professionals; someone who enjoys developing strong relationships with clients, acting as the day-to-day contact, and trusted to deliver high quality work.

We envisage that this will be a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), although we are willing to consider flexible working arrangements, including part time working.
