We are recruiting a Chartered Landscape Architect for our busy practice located in the vibrant centre of Cardiff.


Our multi-disciplinary team has a varied and interesting portfolio of major highway, public realm, schools, renewable energy and development projects in both the public and private sectors.

Our current projects include:

·        Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment; green infrastructure

·        Highway projects throughout Wales, the West Midlands and the South West

·        Schools and education throughout South Wales

·        Public realm and cycling projects in Jersey

·        Landscape management plans and historic landscape studies

·        Biodiversity net gain, active travel and carbon neutral design

·        Other projects such as hotels, hospitals, pocket parks, rural land management and wildlife conservation.

Our requirements:

·        A minimum of five years post-Chartership experience

·        Strong skills using AutoCAD and graphic design programmes.

·        Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or GIS packages

·        Demonstration of high quality of design and written output for landscape and urban design

·        Experience in Landscape & Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA), with strong report writing skills

·        Landscape assessment and management

·        Strong people and Project Management skills

·        Stakeholder and community consultation

·        Bid and tender preparation

·        Mentoring of graduates and professional staff members

·        Expert witness experience an advantage
