Overview
With our growing portfolio of hotel and resort projects in the UK and Greece, we are seeking a skilled freelance Landscape Architect with strong graphic and technical abilities. The ideal candidate will excel in collaborative design development, create high-quality graphic presentations, and translate these effectively to produce construction drawings and technical details.
The role will be full-time freelance working from home.
The candidate must be eligible to work in the UK. Depending on the development of the role, there may be opportunities for work-related travel within the UK and Europe.
We are looking for candidates with the following:
• A Landscape Architect, minimum 1-2 years’ experience
• Able to demonstrate a high standard of design skills
• Good construction knowledge and experience in detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Photoshop /Adobe Suite
• Good plant knowledge
Candidates should be:
• Able to demonstrate confidence, positivity, and a forward-thinking attitude, complemented by strong communication skills.
• An effective team player who excels at fostering productive relationships, whether working remotely or with a multi-disciplinary project design team.
• A self-driven individual adept at time management, proactive in taking initiative, and consistently meets crucial deadlines.
Remuneration: Negotiable, depending on experience
Contract: 3-month contract with scope to extend
Start date: Immediate
