    LI President's Award-winning Landscape Architects

Are you an innovative, creative and technically-minded landscape architect that wants to design amazing, healthy, climate resilient places for people that also contribute to the wellbeing of our planet?

Our practice is built and thrives on passion and innovation.

Our passion is to create places that support communities to live healthy, fulfilling and happy lives and to encourage nature into the heart of where we live, learn, play and work in ways that protect the planet and those communities from the impacts of modern human development.
We design landscapes to connect people with each other and nature.

Since realising the opportunities of rainwater in the landscape in the mid 1990s, the practice has not looked back.  We believe that every designed landscape should be responsible with rainwater and that huge design opportunities can be had by taking delight in the relationship between site, people, nature and rain.

Since that time, all our projects include the management of and playfulness with rain.  To us it feels as natural to landscape architecture as considering spatial qualities, movement, function, seasons, choosing plant species and creating habitats.

As pioneers and leaders of integrating rain into landscape architecture, we are continually innovating. We like to push boundaries and stay at the cutting edge, and this requires deep knowledge and limitless invention.

With a steadily growing range of exciting projects – including the continuation of our Landscape Institute President’s Award winning ‘Bridget Joyce Square’ project in White City, mixed-use developments in north London and a linear park in Holland – we are carefully expanding our team.

    We require the following:

    ·       A Graduate Landscape Architect with 2+ years’ experience
    ·       A Chartered Landscape Architect (0-5 years post-chartership)
    ·       A senior landscape architect with 5+ years post-chartership experience

Join our busy, award-winning, close-knit team in the beautiful Cotswolds.
