Landscape Architect (Planning and Building)£33,892 – £40,976 per annum

Test Valley is a large attractive rural borough, featuring the famous River Test, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and part of the New Forest National Park. Comprising two major towns in Andover and Romsey and a number of picture-postcard villages, it also is home to open chalk downlands, ancient woodlands, registered parks and gardens.

Our busy multi-professional Design and Conservation team has a high public profile. The post works closely with development management case officers to achieve high quality development and landscape impacts. You will also advise on the Council’s own projects.

A Landscape design qualification such as a Degree and/or Diploma/MA in Landscape Architecture will be supported by experience in the design and implementation of projects.  Good communication and negotiation skills are essential.
